get a toddler to behave at Costco? Give him his beloved maple syrup to lug around!!!

For the record, we were buying the coke for my mom!!!

  2. That is impressive.

For some reason this made me think of my friend's two kids. They're 7 and 8 years old, and I swear they're robots or something because they are freakishly well behaved, even after long days of being carted around all over the place because their parents are in like 3 bands. Like seriously, the 8 year old is usually in charge of the powerpoint computer at church, to make sure the right slides (for the song lyrics mostly) are being projected on two screens at the right time.

But then one of their parents inevitably needs to go to Alto Music (local instrument/music shop), and Sophia and Logan go BATSH*T FECKING CRAZY. The employees of Alto Music refuse to believe that those kids are capable of being even slightly well behaved.

It's amusing to everyone but their parents.

  3. If it works, and isn't harming anyone, DO IT. Goodness he is cute.

  4. That is obviously a well-thought-out strategy. Good for you, fun for him and a lot easier in the store. He is adorable. Hugs.

  5. I see you go to Costco like I do. I go in for one thing and come out with a cart full. :)

  6. So cute. My husband would behave, too, with his beloved maple syrup :)
